Johann’s company not only oversees building maintenance for gated communities in Golders Hill …but also manages services for Soundnet—Europe’s premier supplier of custom audio and video content for bars, clubs, and other venues, and the UK’s exclusive provider of music content for Sound Leisure digital jukeboxes—a partnership that has been in place since 2012.

Beyond construction, Johann’s background includes decades as a club and radio DJ, sound technician, and sound system builder, reflecting his multifaceted skill set.
