Johann Whittaker
Johann Whittaker is a dynamic entrepreneur with over 15 years’ experience in project management and electrical installations.
As Co-Founder of I O, he oversees the construction and fit-out of our Together Spaces, ensuring high standards of quality and accessibility.
Johann provides strategic guidance, manages risk and quality control, and actively contributes to board decisions.
His background as a DJ and sound technician further enriches his ability to deliver projects on time and within budget while championing inclusive, community-focused design.

Stephen Busette
Stephen Busette is a seasoned Commercial and Operations Director with over 20 years of experience in data centre cooling and sustainable infrastructure.
As a Board Member of I O, he brings operational excellence and a community-focused approach, aligning with I O's mission to empower communities through arts, technology, and wellness programs.
Stephen combines commercial strategy with a people-centric approach to foster sustainable, innovative spaces.

​Osmin Callis is a strategic leader with over 27 years of experience in IT, investment analysis, and commercial strategy.
As Founder & CEO of Mode8 Venture Studio, she drives disruptive innovation across various sectors. Osmin also serves on the Connected Places Catapult Freight Innovation Cluster board, is a UN Women UK Delegate (CSW68), and a Tech London Advocate.

Bryan is a dynamic leader in the non‑profit sector with over 25 years’ experience, renowned for delivering results and forging powerful partnerships. In his current role, he works as a project management professional on cross‑governmental digital and infrastructure initiatives, demonstrating his exceptional ability to navigate complex organisational challenges.

He has previously led a digital connect project that enhanced community digital confidence and connectivity, successfully managed Jack Petchey’s 'Speak Out Challenge!', and played a key role in Clarion Futures’ 'One Digital' consortium, which improved digital skills for 40,000 people.

Leone Buncombe
Leone is a highly organised and creative professional with over 20 years’ experience in management. Her career includes leading an emergency support service for Grenfell Tower survivors and the surrounding community, during which she managed and administered more than £17 million in charitable and local authority funding.

She is deeply passionate about personal growth and enabling others to thrive, bringing a strong eye for detail and a genuinely people-centred approach to her work.

Leone works closely with freelancers and SMEs on business development initiatives, funding bids, and the cultivation of positive, inclusive workplace cultures. She is strongly committed to widening access and opportunity for young people and individuals from diverse backgrounds, particularly in communities where progression pathways are often limited.
